Upload Files

You can now upload your files to us. Please read the instructions and tips below before sending us your first order. Preferred file type is jpg. Other acceptable file types are tif, psd, pdf, and zip. Please note that additional charges will apply for pdf files and may apply to other file types if they are not "print ready." A "print ready" file is one that is 300dpi at the size you want printed, 8-bit, and RGB. See our digital guidelines.

Instructions

  1. Fill in your name, phone number, details of the order (such as the print size, quantity, job name, etc.)
  2. Choose paper surface. Click "Other" for photo lustre, fine art papers, or if no prints are required
  3. Click the "Browse" button to locate the file you want to upload. Repeat for each file
  4. Click "Send" and wait for a confirmation that your file(s) were uploaded. Please be patient, large files can take quite a while to upload

Tips

  • If you will be uploading more than 6 images, you may want to Zip them together into one file

  • You will not be able to upload an entire folder at once (unless you Zip it)
  • Please be patient. Large files take a long time to upload (300MB can take an hour)
  • If you are uploading an entire event for 4x6 proofs, please resize your images to 4x6 @ 300dpi to reduce file size and uploading time
